Private Home management offers a complete range of home and personal services to our clients. All services offered are grouped within three distinct categories; Proactive, Emergency, and Scheduled.

  Proactive Services:
 
Proactive Services

Proactive Services are items that will be pre-selected by our clients to be automatically performed by PHM contractors. Ongoing services will occur each month without notice, while seasonal services will be detailed to the homeowner on the previous months invoice.

 

  Emergency Services:
 
Emergency Services

Emergency services are those items that are unplanned by the homeowner, and typically occur at a time when you need PHM the most. PHM maintains a stable of on-call professional contractors who are available to respond to your emergency promptly, all without an expensive service contract. One call to PHM, 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, and we’ll send you the right contractor at the right price.

 

  Scheduled Services:
 
Scheduled Services

Scheduled Services include items that are typically not ongoing, such as home improvements or personal services. We have relationships with the best service providers the area has to offer, and we’ll ensure that all work is performed to your satisfaction. The items included in the Scheduled Services list are merely a sampling of the things PHM can do for you, so be sure to ask if you don’t see a needed service listed.
